Our production capabilities and years of experience in laminates allow us to satisfy our customers’ needs and expectations.On demand, we are also able to build plugs and molds from blueprints and designs provided by our customers. We guarantee the highest technical level, quick turnaround and solid production.
Laminate production is performed in a dedicated workshop hall equipped with temperature and humidity control systems as well as ventilation and dust management systems.
Appropriate conditions for production are essential to achieve proper laminate quality.
We possess and dispose:
- facilities: office in Warsaw, three production halls: Zielonka, Przasnysz (100km from Warsaw), Ostróda (boat valley in Poland).
- skilled staff with many years of experience in composite production and boat finishing;
- unique knowledge about boat construction and all additional equipment or necessary finishing work.
All our production is supervised by quality controllers who act in line with ISO 9001 procedures.
Our team is multilingual allowing easy communication with our partners. We speak English, German, Spanish, Italian and Russian.
Most of our production is dedicated to the industrial and shipyard market but we are ready to conduct any type of composite orders.
